Warranty You Can Count On
Every eligible Canadian-made collection includes a limited North End warranty. Canadian-Made Custom offers 2 years, Select offers 3 years and Signature offers 5 years of coverage for eligible manufacturing defects. Written warranty terms and exclusions apply.
White Glove Experience
North End Select and Signature customers enjoy complimentary eligible White Glove service. Our enhanced delivery experience helps make the arrival of your new furniture as convenient as possible. Service scope depends on product and location.
Comfort That Lasts
Eligible North End Select furniture receives 50% off a qualifying foam refresh after Year 2. Eligible Signature Designs furniture includes a complimentary qualifying foam refresh after Year 2. Regular Canadian-Made Custom furniture does not include this benefit. Program conditions apply.

Imported Furniture
Imported products are not automatically covered under our Canadian-made warranty tiers. We provide support for valid manufacturing defects according to applicable terms and consumer law. Optional protection plans may be available for purchase on eligible imported products.

What is the North End Promise?
The North End Promise is our collection-based warranty, service and aftercare program for eligible Canadian-made furniture. Benefits vary between Canadian-Made Custom, North End Select and North End Signature Designs.
What does the warranty cover?
Our limited warranties cover eligible manufacturing defects in covered products and components, subject to the applicable written warranty terms. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and other listed exclusions are not covered. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Does regular Canadian-Made furniture include foam refresh?
No. Our Canadian-Made Custom collection does not include a foam-refresh benefit. Qualifying Select and Signature products may receive foam-refresh benefits after the second year, subject to program conditions.
What is the Signature foam-refresh benefit?
Qualifying Signature Designs products include a complimentary eligible foam refresh after Year 2. This benefit applies to qualifying foam cushions only and excludes feather, down, microfill and other loose-fill cushions. Additional eligibility and service terms apply.
Does the North End Promise cover imported furniture?
Imported furniture is not automatically included in the Canadian-made limited warranty tiers. Manufacturing-defect concerns are handled under applicable product terms and consumer law. Optional protection plans may be purchased on eligible products.
Is delivery free across Canada?
Complimentary standard delivery is available in eligible GTA service areas. We also deliver to customers outside the GTA, including other parts of Canada, but additional shipping or freight charges may apply.
How do I request warranty support?
Contact North End Furniture with your order number, a description of the concern and clear photographs where applicable. Our team will review the issue against the relevant coverage and advise on next steps.
