All purchases are final and non-refundable. No returns, Exchanges may be considered in certain situations.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the event that a product exhibits manufacturing defects, customers must notify North End Furniture & Mattresses via email (info@northendfurniture.com) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Upon approval of the claim by North End Furniture & Mattresses, a replacement product will be provided for the defective item upon its return to North End Furniture & Mattresses.


Customers seeking to exchange a purchase due to manufacturing defects are requested to contact info@northendfurniture.com for further instructions. Eligibility for a free exchange or the possibility of an exchange fee will be determined accordingly.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer's location.

Cancellation Of Order

Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or shipping date by emailing a cancellation request to info@northendfurniture.com. Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. However, any cancellations beyond the 48-hour grace period will incur a 15% restocking fee.
