All sales are final. No Returns or Refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

If product contains manufacturing defects it MUST be claimed to North End Furniture & Mattresses VIA email (info@northendfurniture.com) with in 24 Hours upon shipment received. When claim has been approved by North End Furniture & Mattresses exchange of new product will be made for the defective product when it has been shipped back to North End Furniture & Mattresses.

To return your product, you should email info@northendfurniture.com for further instructions whether you are eligible for a free exchange or an exchange fee may be charged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
