We offer free delivery across the GTA on all online orders. We also ship Canada-wide, with costs calculated at checkout based on item weight.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—send a cancellation request via email at operations@northendfurnitire.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipping or delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund; cancellations after that incur a 20% restocking fee.
Do you accept returns?
Return Window:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Item:
- Must be in its original packaging
- Unassembled and unused
- In resellable condition
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
What about exchanges?
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@northendfurniture.com within 24 hrs to initiate an exchange. Approved claims allow you to return the item and receive a replacement.

Is there warranty coverage?
Yes! We offer optional 2- or 3-year protection plans at checkout, covering many of our popular ready-made items for added peace of mind.
All Canadian-made and custom furniture automatically come with a 1-year limited warranty at no extra cost. This warranty covers issues such as frame damage and fabric wear and tear, provided they are not caused by misuse or negligence.
