Is there warranty coverage?
Yes! We offer optional 2- or 3-year protection plans at checkout, covering many of our popular ready-made items for added peace of mind.
All Canadian-made and custom furniture automatically come with a 3-year warranty at no extra cost. This warranty covers issues such as frame damage and fabric wear and tear and foam, provided they are not caused by misuse or negligence.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we offer interest free plans up to 18 months, speak with a representative in-store or see the price breakdowns on product page.
Do you deliver locally or Canada-wide?
We offer free delivery across the GTA on all orders. We also ship Canada-wide, with costs calculated at checkout based on item weight.

Is delivery included in the product price?
No—the listed prices are for the product only. Delivery is additional and based on your location.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Mississauga (324 Traders Blvd E, Mississauga, ON) and serve the GTA. We provide customer service support and shipping across Canada
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—send a cancellation request via email at operations@northendfurniture.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipping or delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase qualify for a full refund; cancellations after that incur a 20% restocking fee.
Do you accept returns?
Return Window:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Item:
- Must be in its original packaging
- Unassembled and unused
- In resellable condition
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
What about exchanges?
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us at operations@northendfurniture.com within 24 hrs to initiate an exchange. Approved claims allow you to return the item and receive a replacement.

Shipping costs—or free shipping—are determined on a case-by-case basis for approved exchanges. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
