Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Return Window:

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of Item:

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Unassembled and unused

  • In resellable condition

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:

All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Assembled or used items

  • Items not in original packaging

Exchanges (If Applicable)

At North End Furniture & Mattresses, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us via email at operations@northendfurniture.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement for the defective item upon return of the original product. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Shipping

To begin the exchange process for a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at operations@northendfurniture.com.

Eligibility for free exchange shipping or a potential exchange fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you must submit your request via email to operations@northendfurniture.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or shipping date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Refunds are issued 2-5 business days after approval (will take 2-10 business days to show refund in bank account after refund is issued)
