Shipping & Delivery
Enjoy complimentary standard delivery within eligible GTA service areas. We also deliver across Ontario and Canada, with applicable charges determined by your location and order requirements. Additional shipping fees may apply outside our complimentary delivery zones.
Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after delivery or pickup. Eligible orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase may qualify for a full refund, provided production or fulfillment has not begun. Approved cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Custom orders already in production, floor models, clearance products and Pick Up N' Save purchases are final sale, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please report visible damage, incorrect items or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. Manufacturing defects are reviewed according to applicable warranty coverage and consumer protection laws. Reporting timelines do not limit statutory rights.
North End Promise
Eligible Canadian-made products include collection-specific limited warranty coverage: 2 years for Canadian-Made Custom, 3 years for North End Select and 5 years for Signature Designs.
